Greetings! My name is Ben Dupslaff, and I’m the author of Deconstrategy. My mission is to simplify quality and business operations in the design and construction industry. My articles contain analysis and tangible actions on how to accomplish this.
I’ve worked as a mechanical engineer, commissioning agent, construction project manager, and business leader. I currently lead the design and construction quality programs at Ryan Companies.
My current focus is creating a standard, flexible framework for quality that solves our collaboration and communication issues.
